AudioQuest Blizzard powercord resembles the Monsoon in many respects and is the first in the series with DBS, the patented AudioQuest system that polarizes the molecules in the insulation by means of an electrical voltage of 72 volts and in this way orientates in one direction, the result is less distorsion. An additional advantage of DBS is that the cable comes out of the package as well as ‘runned-in’. The difference in sound quality is remarkable.

AudioQuest Blizzard is equipped with only solid PSC+ conductors in combination with the famous 'noise dissipation system', (NDS) that absorbs high-frequency energy. Soundquality results in: more 'sound color', a calmer sound image and through the use of NDS with more details in the background.
